Merchandise Booth: $175 for Retail Vendors selling products on-site
Informational Booth: $150 for Service Exhibitors showcasing services or promotions
Community Organizations: $75 for Cultural Groups or Non-Profit Organizations
Important Information
- Refunds: Full refunds are available up to 72 hours before the event. Cancellations made 24–72 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, including no-shows, are non-refundable.
- Promotions: Promotional discounts must be applied at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively, and no refunds or credits will be issued for price differences if a Booth was purchased before a promotion began.
- Transfers: Booths are non-transferable without prior written approval from HSMN. Unauthorized resales or transfers may result in cancellation.
- Event Changes: HSMN reserves the right to modify programming, placement of the booths, or amenities as necessary.
